Welcome to the heart of the Amico & Co engine.
We believe that the quality, knowledge and dedication of our team are essential to the success of all projects. This is reflected in the highly-trained workers and executives with long-standing experience of yachting that Amico & Co relies on.
The value this team provides is especially evident during the planning phase prior to work starting. This is when our team of experts from various fields combine their knowledge and experience to carefully define the project plan, utilising the most efficient process and ensuring the client’s yacht will be ready to leave the yard on schedule.
The team that Amico & Co places at the client’s disposal is unique in its excellence, and very often constitutes the main reason clients return, establishing long-lasting relationships with the yard. Our staff comprises 11 project managers and technical superintendents, six department foremen, 30 staff in administration and management, as well as up to 90 skilled workers distributed over the various departments. These include tradesmen such as shipwrights, skilled in the challenging restoration of classic and antique wooden boats. The shipyard offers a hands-on training program for young skilled artisans, clerks and executives, in order to promote growth, stability and longevity for its labour force of the future.
Our highly experienced staff, together with our multilingual customer care team, will help you with quotes and assistance.
Our team of bilingual naval engineers and architects will seamlessly follow your refit project from day one to re-delivery and beyond.
