Position 1: PROJECT MANAGER
OBJECTIVE AND OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will handle various maintenance/refit & repair projects with differing duration and complexity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Project Manager is responsible and acts as reference person for every aspect of the assigned project, from the yacht’s arrival in the shipyard until her departure.
- The Project Manager directly relates to clients (yacht managers, captains, Owners and crew), together with the supervisors of the in-house departments (joinery & interiors, engineering, metal, painting and surface preparation workshops) as well as with subcontractors. His/her task is to coordinate all the works to be performed on board, respecting delivery time and all safety rules.
- The Project Manager is the person responsible, supported by an assigned Project Assistant, also for the contractual and administrative side of the project: preparation and signature of the contract, SAL, workorders, invoices and everything necessary to accomplish the project.

DESIRED PROFILE
- Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (or equivalent)
- A minimum of one year’s relevant professional experience in the naval field (preferably yachting)
- An excellent command of Italian, both spoken and written, and a fluent level of English, spoken and written.

Position 2: Engineering Project Manager

Reporting to the Director of Engineering Department, the Engineering Project Manager will handle various projects of differing duration and complexity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Engineering Project Manager is responsible and acts as the reference person of every engineering aspect of the assigned project, from the yacht’s arrival in the shipyard until her departure.
- The Project Manager deals directly with clients (yacht managers, Captains or Chief Engineer), with subcontractors and the Project Manager in charge. His/her task is to coordinate all of the engineering works to be performed on board, respecting delivery time and all safety rules.

Position 3: Painting and surface treatment specialist
OBJECTIVE AND OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Supervisor of Painting Workshop, you will handle various painting and surface treatments works on board of differing duration and complexity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all technical & contractual aspects referred to painting or surface treatment works: case studies, technical specification of interventions, quality and warranty standards, also offering support during the quoting process.
- The Painting and surface treatment specialist deals directly with clients (yacht managers, Captains, Owners and crew) and gives support to surveyors, the team of Project Managers and subcontractors.
- The Painting and surface treatment specialist handles the planning of production activities in coordination with subcontractors and the Directors of Logistics & Project Management.

DESIRED PROFILE
- At least a 1-year experience in the painting field (preferably in the yachting or naval industry or in another applied scientific role)
- Education: Technical chemistry qualification (or equivalent), having experience in the painting field
- An excellent command of Italian, both spoken and written, and possibly at least an elementary level of spoken English
- Preference will be given to those who have completed a FROSIO course (or equivalent)
